Initially launched by Xander Perry and two colleagues, Zeke and Kaiden, the company quickly became Xander’s solo mission when his partners moved on. Drawing from his experiences at both small and large restoration firms, Xander saw the flaws in how those companies treated their employees and clients. He envisioned a company that empowers homeowners against the often harsh policies of insurance companies and property management firms while delivering unparalleled service.

The idea for Red Dot Restoration was conceived on a grueling job site, where Xander and his team found themselves overworked and undervalued. That challenging experience sparked a commitment to create a company that values its workers and clients equally. Red Dot Restoration aims to provide a supportive environment for its team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community.

Despite initial struggles and the departure of his co-founders, Xander’s commitment never wavered. The turning point came with the company’s first significant success; a $10,000 check that marked the beginning of a transformative journey. Since then, Red Dot Restoration has grown rapidly, set on track for nearly a million dollars in revenue, all driven by Xander’s dedication and vision.
